DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

  1. Items can be returned if they are defective or sent incorrectly. A written record stating the reason for the return or exchange must be provided within 3 days of receiving the item.
  2. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

EXCHANGES (If Applicable)

4. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered in the wrong size by us.

5. If a customer needs an exchange due to incorrect sizing, they will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways.

6. The customer must return the product via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.

7. Customized orders/custom kits are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable if the size does not fit.

8. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered on original, player version, or fan version shirts.

SHIPPING COSTS

9. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

10. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach the customer may vary based on their location.
